With more than a decade in supply chain and SaaS leadership, he stepped into the CEO role in late 2023 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of procurement, control tower, forwarding and platform.

Patrick runs ocean freight procurement for the group, with three decades of carrier negotiation behind him. His team prices 465K+ TEU each year for CSA's shippers and feeds market intelligence into the Cargoo platform's pooling and rate engines.

Justine is a strategic product and marketing leader with 17+ years across B2B tech and B2C lifestyle, including portfolio and GTM roles in the Atlassian ecosystem. She joined as Group CMO in late 2025 to lead brand, demand and positioning for CSA Group and Cargoo.

Founded Commodity Supplies AG in Wollerau in 1997 and has spent the last three decades building it into a seventeen-office global group spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia. An entrepreneur and private pilot, Roland launched Cargoo to bring the operational know-how of CSA together with a modern platform for ocean freight.
